Not insured? We can fix what you need to get you back on the road safely. We will need you to bring your bike in so we can go over it together and make a plan within your budget.
Custom Paint
Work
We love custom paint! We can make a colour tailored to you and also have a virtually unlimited amount of colour chips for you to browse through.
Restorations
Our team have completed many complex restorations on everything from wartime motorcycles to vintage scooters and rusted out dirt bikes. We may also be able to assist with sourcing rarer parts for these types of projects
Tank
Lining
We use a 2K megapoxy for our tank lining and have a specific process to inspect, prepare and treat the tank before it is lined to ensure the best finish. The product needs to cure for 4 weeks before any fuel can be put into the tank and we offer a lifetime warranty on our tank lining.
Plastic
Welding
Plastic welding is a great fix for cracked or shattered motorcycle fairings, particularly if sourcing new ones is not an option due to the age of the bike. Most types of motorcycle plastics are suitable for welding.
Oxy & Mig
Welding
The only type of welding we don’t complete is alloy welding, however we can refer you to someone who offers this service.
Sandblasting
If a part is in poor condition it will need to be taken back to bare metal and prepped properly for a great finish.
SpecialisedDent Pulling
Filling a deep tank dent with bog is NOT the way to go. We have developed a process specifically for motorcycle tanks which allows us to effectively pull the dents out of them.
Colour
Matching
Did you know that many motorcycle brands don’t have a colour code, and that many more don’t release the colour formulas? Simon has spent years colour matching motorcycles, if you have a motorcycle that needs a colour matched chances are he’s already made a formula for it. We also stock a number of discontinued tinters and powders in order to still be able to match some of the older motorcycle colours.
Touch Up
Bottles
If you need an interim fix for a stone chip or scratch, we can make up a touch up bottle of colour or clear coat to get you through.
Parts & Decals
We are able to make many of our own decals which is particularly handy for decals that are no longer available, or if you’re looking for a custom size or different colour. We also have a variety of second hand parts including some rarer fairings etc. If you’re looking for a particular part please give us a call and see if we can help. If we don’t have it, we may be able to point you in the direction of a wrecker who may.
